Obligations

Being a foster parent can be a big responsibility when it comes to caring for a foster child, and there are certain obligations that you must follow. As a foster parent, you must provide clear communication and share information about the child’s care with the welfare team. You must also respect the foster child and their family’s confidentiality.

Foster parents are obligated to treat each child with care and respect while keeping accurate records of the child’s history and progress. Our legal team works to provide a safe environment for children in foster care and ensure foster families follow their legal obligations.
